Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement corporate HR policies & procedures.
- Prepare manpower plans for the existing and future business growth.
- Manage all recruitment & selection processes & methodologies for employees in conjunction with line management.
- Monitor performance management for all employees and identify high potential talent, develop succession planning, career ladders / paths and training plans.
- Prepare job descriptions.
- Manage induction, disciplinary, dismissals, grievance, employee disputes, redundancies, resignations, exit Interviews…etc.
- Prepare salary scale, grading system & manpower allocation.
- Design & implement compensation & benefits program.
- Conduct & organize in-house and external training.
