A Leading Kuwaiti Real Estate Company is looking for Marketing Manager with the following details:

The Position:

The Real Estate Company is seeking a qualified dynamic candidate who will be responsible for the post of Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing the marketing, communications, and public relations strategy of the real estate development firm. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in promoting the company’s brand relationship with tenants and customers, retaining and expanding the client base through marketing activities.
Marketing programs may include any of the following: direct mail, print, radio, television and Internet advertising; brochures and other collateral materials; graphic design and creative services; Web site management; market analysis and research; and product branding. In sum, the Marketing Manager determines how to allocate the company’s marketing resources to support its business strategy. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Manager of the Real Estate Company.

Job Description:

The key responsibilities will include the following but will not be limited to the below mentioned job responsibilities and profile:
o Develop corporate identity and marketing campaign for brand identity.
o Identify target customers/tenants and developing strategies to communicate with them.
o Prepare, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities within approved timeline and budgets.
o Manage the production of promotional material.
o Ordering necessary advertising and public relations materials.
o Create press kits for launches or any news to be printed in local markets.
o Create the text for newsletters to send to clients/tenants concerning our portfolio and services.
o Maintain a record of all advertisements in brochures, price lists, magazines, etc.
o Liaise with media, advertising agencies and other internal departments such as Business Development Manager, Leasing Agents and Property Management Team.
o Produce reports to monitor results and expenses according to budget.
o Present findings and suggestions to company Executive Manager.
o Travel to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings.

The KPI’s will include but not be limited to the following:

o Number of leasing leads generated verses the marketing campaign cost.
o Number of web site hits and click-throughs generated.
o Brand awareness.
o Execution of marketing campaign within timeline and budget.
o Number of tenant satisfaction surveys administered.

Core Competencies Required:

o Bachelor in Marketing
o 5 to 7 years previous work experience preferably with luxury or consumer goods (Fragrances, Perfumes, Fashion, Apparel, Watches…).
o Outstanding presentation and analytical skills.
o Innovative and work under pressure.
o Very proficient with MS Office.
o Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Arabic and English
o Very organized and detail oriented.
o Appreciated previous expience: Cartier, Dior, Clarins, Clinique, Cosmetics of France, Coty, Elizabeth Arden, Essence Corp, Estee Lauder, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Kiehl’s, L’Oreal, LVMH, MAC Cosmetics, P&G, Parbel, Procter & Gamble, Roger & Gallet, YSL Beaute.
o Appreciated previous titles: Brand Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager.
