Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Investment Company is looking for COO as per the following details:

Position Summary
The chief operating officer (COO) reports to the chief executive officer and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.

- Participate in the development of key strategic objectives of the company and participate in its formulation.
- Responsible for business development and planning schedules, items, and all items cost elements.
- Responsible for the division of the main objectives to sub-goals for each department and collaborate with people responsible for those departments to achieve the key objectives of the company.
- Participation in the development of setting plans and providing advice for the CEO, board of directors and directors of departments.
- Review and verify plans and executive programs and improve the financial performance and budgets prior its adoption by the CEO.
- Cooperate with the CEO to formulate and codify the recommendations and decisions and develop appropriate plans.
- Attend regular meetings, formulate and codify the recommendations and decisions of the executive decisions and the development of programs and appropriate sub-plans.
- Review and audit all procedures and records, forms and instructions for quality control system after the review of the quality system management representative.
- The final revision of the annual budget before submission to the CEO.
- Fully responsible for the overall performance of the company in solidarity with the CEO.
- Represent the company in front of others.
- Review and audit bi-monthly, semi-annually and annual financial reports and discuss them in management meetings.

- Administrative work experience of not less than 10 years in the field of Beverages including at least five years in a similar position.
Experience in quality management systems
Experience of planning and production processes
Experience in similar industrial facilities

Must be proficient in the following skills:

5 - Developing and improving company financial and operational performance.
6 - Developing and improving the management of marketing, sales and product development.
