Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Investment Company is seeking a professional bilingual Executive Assistant who has excellent organizational and administrative skills to assist in managing the office of the Trading Division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct office management activities.
• Professional Translation of agreements, tenders, decrees and correspondences between both languages English & Arabic.
• Prepare Office Correspondences.
• Screening telephone calls, and answering enquiries and requests.
• Handle incoming/outgoing emails, faxes and post.
• Coordinating Business Trips and Travel Plans.
• Generating Reports and Business Presentations.
• Make and record appointments, minutes of meeting, invitations and agenda.
• Greet and receive visitor.
• Manage spreadsheets.
• Handling petty cash.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Conduct projects and assignments.
• Arrange for outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine, printer and scanner.

Skills/Qualifications:
• University Degree
• Min 6+ years of experience in the same field
• Bilingual Arabic and English
• Detail Oriented
• Very hard worker
• Computer proficiency
• Based in Kuwait with transferable residency
• Accounting background is preferable
