Job Description
A Leading Kuwaiti Construction and Contracting Company is looking for Plant and Equipment Manager as per the following details:

• Degree in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in the field, 5 years in a similar position.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Excellent technical/mechanical experience.
• ISO knowledge/experience.
• Know-how of preventive/routine maintenance.
• Strong fleet control.
• Accountable till end results.
• Self prompt problem solving.
• Effective budget controlling.
• Managing and directing the department employees
• Utilizing the maximum productivity from the division manpower.
• Implementing HSE policies and procedures.
• Controlling the division budgets.
• Maintaining the company equipments/vehicles properly.
• Dispatching of the company equipments/vehicles on time without delay.
• Ensuring the essential spare parts stock.
• Maintaining a maintenance history log for each equipment/vehicle.
• Analyzing each equipment/vehicle running feasibility status.
• Ensuring Project Managers/Directors equipments/vehicle needs.
• Ensuring that the OSSD equipments/vehicles are working properly and Drivers/Operators are productive.
• Controlling the subcontractors' equipments.
• Giving priority to the company equipments/vehicles.
• Submitting periodical reports to Operations Director and senior Management.
• Dealing/negotiating the best offers with outside garages / spare parts shops and getting best services from them.
• Dealing/negotiating the best offers with car rental companies.
