Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Real Estate Development Company is looking for Project Director - Assistant GM as per the following details:

1. Executing the provisions of the Board of Directors
2. Perform regular administration and management activities of the company
3. Contribute towards the development of strategy, annual Business Plans and budgets for Construction Company to support overall business strategy of Holding Company.
4. Discuss and finalize action plan for the Construction Projects that will contribute to the achievement of Holding Company strategy and objectives.
5. Submit the annual reports and financial statements, annual budgets, work programs and other activities to the Board of Directors for approval.
6. Contribute towards the growth of the construction company business through the establishment of viable business plan.
7. Ensure efficient client delivery standards are followed across the company divisions to provide proactive and value added services to its clients. 8. Develop a plan to display a positive image of Company brand.

1. Oversees the quality of Construction services as a whole.
2. Expedite project operations
3. Develop the Company Construction services and enhance its marketability.
4. Monitors contract documents in order to comply with the clauses & requirements of these contracts and act accordingly.
5. Manage the running of the portfolio of projects technically and contractually.
6. Represent the Company in public or private tenders, price bids or merit contests.
7. Selecting appropriate construction methods for the project according to pricing of tender.
8. Resolve issues of delays, cost overrun and claims
9. Hiring and training workers to improve company performance.
10. Making sure the project meets all building and safety codes
11. Appoint attorneys-in-fact for representing the Company in judicial, extrajudicial and administrative acts; and establish their fees and assign powers with the prior consent of the Board of Directors.
12. Managing payments and invoices, consumption receipts, letters of credits, loans, insurance policies and other money orders; and in general, performs any operation with securities.

1. Revise and approving tender and project pricing to ensure fair competitive and profitable contracts.
2. Revise and approve the budgets and schedules of projects.
3. Approve all financial transactions and obligations
