Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Bank is looking for a Manager PRM - Operational Risk as per the following:

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing Project risk management policy, processes, procedures and systems to ensure quality and consistency is maintained
• Ensuring that all relevant personnel are aware of their risk responsibilities
• Identifying all the risks that potentially threaten the achievement of project objectives
• Monitoring risks in all BB projects on a regular basis including ad hoc change requests from projects and the business
• Preparing risk management plans for each projects that serve to identify risks, strategize ways to minimize or avoid those risks that might hinder project completion
• Coordinating the flow of risk information to ensure that interfaces within projects are effectively managed to optimize efficiencies
• Managing project risk registers and implementing the related controls
• Reporting and presenting the status of project risks to stakeholders
• Improving the quality and performance of projects at all stages (Initiating, Planning, Implementation, Control, Closure)
• Facilitating the effective identification, management, escalation and mitigation of project risks
• Providing risk management plan within a program, major project or multi projects
• Working with project managers to support the effective and efficient application of risk management
• Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk and adhering to his instructions.

• Project Management controls, cost, value, change and value management
• Project and Risk management software and applications
• Risk Management covering all type of Risks

• In a project risk management environment
• Experience of risk analysis including modeling risk, schedule and cost
• Experience in using and implementing PRM standards and best practices
• Managing multiple projects

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High in technical and software applications
• Analytical and Reporting skills
• Team work Oriented and Self-motivated
• Output orientated with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
