Job Description
A leading Engineering and Contracting Company is looking for Instrumentation Foreman with the following details:

• Capability to analyze engineering documents (e.g. Instruction to Tender, Company and subcontractor documents, etc.)
• Identifying improvement areas in terms of cost/time optimization
• Understanding and application of HSE Project Plan.
• Promotion of safe works practices and environmental protection.
• Application and promotion of safety intervention. Effective HSE communication (TBD, HSE meetings, etc.). Understanding and correct use of permit to work system and risk assessment
• Knowledge and application of Instrumentation and Control System equipment critical for the safe and proper operation of the plant, e.g. Pressure Gauges Switches, Temp transmitters, Mass Flow Meters, differential Pressure Trans., displacer Level Trans., radar level trans., Gas Detection/Analyser/Fire Types, Control valves and Actuators, PLC, DCS, SCADA, ESD Capability to program PLC and DCS and configure F and G systems and safety system (i.e. Triconex)
• Knowledge of maintenance types and levels, plans, procedures and reliability and availability concepts Capability to read and apply the Project Quality Plan including the relevant procedures, standards and forms Knowledge of safety instrumentation system tools (i.e. Safety Instrumentation System (SIS), Safety Instrumentation Function (SIF), Safety integrity Level (SIL), Firefighting Equipment, Control Loop System, etc.) in order to guarantee the safety of the plant
• Capability to identify and proper address an issue in order to fix unplanned technical problems
