Job Description
A Leading Kuwaiti Investment Company is looking for Senior HR officer as per below:

To ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of
professional recruitment practice.
2. To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources function
relating to recruitment and selection matters and associated terms and
3. To work closely with each Service Group under their remit, to ensure that the
recruitment service they deliver meets the Service Groups needs.
4. To provide regular reports to Service Groups on their recruitment and selection
5. Where Service Groups have identified the need to maintain waiting lists for key
posts, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that these waiting lists are
proactively maintained and pre-employment checks planned appropriately in
advance. This will enable posts to be filled promptly following receipt of a job
advertisement request.
6. To deliver recruitment and selection training to managers across the Trust and to
keep the material delivered under continuous review ensuring that it remains
current and up to date.
7. To assist in the design and development of new IT Systems and processes relating
to their area of work.
8. Contribute towards the roll out and training of managers on any new systems and
processes introduced within their area of work.
9. Responsible for investigating and responding to problems, enquiries and
10.To undertake desktop evaluations of post as required.
11.To respond to any Data Protection and Freedom of Information requests received
within their team.
12.Represent the Trust at regional R&S working groups.
13.Undertake specific projects within the HR function as required.
