Job Description
A Leading Kuwaiti Real Estate Company is looking for HR & Admin Manager as per below:

• Update current HR policies and procedures, ensuring they adequately meet company needs and cascade down throughout the organization
• Establish effective Talent Acquisition and Development procedures and standards. Monitor and minimise recruitment turnaround time and cost
• Ensure that employee complaints and grievances are addressed through appropriate processes and that disciplinary actions are taken promptly, fairly and in accordance with company policy and Kuwait labour law
• Preparing Salary Budgets including employee’s compensation and benefits including medical or life insurance and responsible for selection of vendors and negotiates plans, services and cost
• Develop and manage recruitment process & sourcing strategies process to guarantee high qualified candidates
• Using different channels for placing job advertisements, contacting recruiter, using searching social media, jobs websites
• Prepare a log of job vacancies for recruitment follow up

• Responsible for building team spirit and providing necessary motivation and guidance
• Come up with necessary and innovative ideas /suggestions to further improve the HR functionality
• Ensure that exit interviews are conducted and that necessary formalities are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Coordinate with line managers for the performance appraisal of employees in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Arrange for business trips, issuing pay orders of the value pocket expenses, issuing visa from embassies
• Responsible for work permissions, residency transfer and renewing the same

• Collect employees log from all the properties and consolidate the attendance
• Collect attendance of Sub contracted employees
• Consolidate accurate employees’ attendance on a monthly basis on cut-off date
• Preparing monthly payroll along with the letter / CD to the bank for salary transfers
• Preparing increments, rewards, title amendments, warning, deductions and any changes of status

• Receive employee’s leave application and obtain approvals and signatures from concerned departments,
• Prepare supporting documents for employee leave application and submit to paymaster for processing.
• Maintain employee’s leave record
• Inform Finance on all changes and updates on employees’ status
• Calculation of leave and indemnities accordingly Inform Finance department and provide documents
• Preparing Annual Financial Reports (leave & indemnities)

• Create and assign employee number to the new employees
• Enter all relevant available information of the new employee into (HR Information System)
• Collect staff training needs from Directors
• Coordinate between employees in case of simple training needs (such as windows and Microsoft)
• Contact training centres and coordinate undertaking training courses
• Preparing Job Offers for applicants after being approved by the management
• Update HR system with employees’ change of status and other information:
o Passport number & expiry
o Residency details
o Position
o Department
o Division
o Location
o Salary & other allowances.
o Grade
o Etc.
