Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Bank is looking for Relationship Manager - Investment Advisory as per the following details:

Scope:
- Establishes, maintains, secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Private Banking Relationship Managers by partnering them on joint calls to clients. Identify cross-selling opportunities and need based solutions for the clients.
- Provides investment advisory to clients and to private banking Relationship Managers in the team to meet the client's desired investment objectives and increase bank's "share of client wallet".
- Responds to request for investment support from allocated private banking Relationship Managers and ensures fulfillment of providing the right products.
- Assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas opportunities and solutions.
- Tasks private banking Relationship Managers with arranging meetings with identified investment prospects (Potential Clients).
- Play an integral role in the team in identifying business growth opportunities through existing client wallet share, intermediary referrals and additional Investment advisory service opportunities.
- Serve as a primary relationship manager to clients investment needs with the ability to analyze investments within the client investment portfolios.
- Build and maintain client base, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis.
- Explain and document for clients the types of services that are to be provided, and the responsibilities to be taken by the Relationship Manager in Investment Advisory.
- Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, Investment objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop an Investment plan.
- Monitor cash balances and private banking services in accounts and overall clients’ portfolios.
- Deal with other areas supporting the Investment Advisory- Private Banking Group.
- Plan and manage the new account on the initiation process, including documentation and funding supported by account opening and approval teams.
- Follow-up, process and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions
- Recommend strategies clients can use to achieve their Investment goals and objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management and investment planning.
- Research and investigate available investment opportunities to determine whether they fit into Investment plans.
- Review client accounts and plans regularly to determine whether life changes, economic changes, or Investment performance indicate a need for plan reassessment.
- Participate in divisional efforts to improve efficiencies within the Investment Advisory Private Banking Group businesses.
