Job Description
A Leading Kuwaiti Logistics & Courier Services is looking for HR Coordinator as per below:

1-Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource
questions and issues.
2-Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
3-Preparing offer packets, benefit packets and other employee related information.
4-Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments.
5-Preparing employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports.
6-Providing written and verbal employment verifications.
7-Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
8-Assisting with the creation of training manuals, HR manual, and employee handbook.
9-Updating job descriptions, as needed.
10-Coordinating and setting-up training classes or meetings.
11-Writing and placing employment ads, as well as maintaining the applicant tracking
database.
12-Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes.
13-Conducting background screenings for all prospective employees.
14-Coordinating 90-day and annual performance appraisal processes.
15-Assisting with creation, distribution and collection of feedback from company-wide
annual survey.
