Job Description:

The overall role of the Translator/Coordinator is to assist and support the project team and company management by conducting a range of supporting duties to ease the current workload upon key team members as well as meeting projects’ and Company’s deadlines. The Translator/Coordinator shall be a self-starter with the ability to work on his own initiative and undertake a variety of roles including but not limited to the following;

• Assist and support Company Management and Project Teams with Operations and Business Development general and project-specific activities.
• Assist and support Company Management and Project Teams with Training activities, including; planning, preparation, administration, and coordination for project delivery as well as Trainer support in translation of training materials and in-class verbal interpretation throughout the training delivery.
• Assist and support Company Management and Project Teams with Consultancy activities, including; reports and documents translation and formatting, consultants’ interpretation during client interface and meetings, and additional project coordination and interpretation as required to ensure the highest standard of quality service delivery.
• Assist and support Company Management and Project Teams with Business Development activities, including; preparation of proposals and other marketing documents, and translation of these documents.
• Assist and support in maintaining and securing the Company’s electronic and physical archiving structure and documentation for Operations and Business Development.
• Coordinating Company’s and Clients’ requirements, requests, and documentation for the Company, or for specific project, in a timely manner.
• Maintaining Company’s relationships with potential and current Clients.

Operations Manager

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 5 Years of professional working experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in Translation/Interpretation role.
• A minimum Bachelor Degree qualification.
• Preferred, experience in Translation Industry.


• Excellent Arabic & English language (both written and verbal).
• Excellent Document Translation of English/Arabic and Arabic/English.
• Excellent Verbal Interpretation of English/Arabic and Arabic/English.
• Excellent Skills in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Customer facing skills.
• Attention to details.
• Flexible approach to working and ability to handle pressure with meeting deadlines.
• Problem Solving skills.
• Planning and Organisation skills.
• Ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team, with ability to lead to gain desired outcomes.
• Self-starter and Result driven to tasks in-hand.
