Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Equipment and Transportation Company is looking for Administrator as per the following details:

Summary:
• Preparing/Arranging company correspondences internal & external.
• Operation following-up, applying rulings and regulations, assistant in a legal matters

Industry: Experience in related industries is preferable (equipment, equipment leasing, contracting companies).

Main Tasks Required:
- Reporting
- Updating computer records.
- Communicate with Equipment Suppliers, insurance companies and clients.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
- Assistant in a legal Dept. matters/filing/correspondence.
- Word processing, creating spread sheets and presentations.
- Staff and department assistant, coordinator or associate.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries.
- Set up meetings and take ‘minutes’ during them make travel arrangements for staff.
- Fielding telephone calls.
- Receiving and directing visitors.
