Job Description
A leading Convenience Store Business in Kuwait is looking for PMO Coordinator as per the following details:

The PMO Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the PMO Solutions Analyst with planning, organizing, training and supporting the PMO systems & tools, processes, and reporting. will independently complete project-related activities and initiate project/program tasks. S/he routinely completes complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues with consistency and accuracy.
The PMO Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining a project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all functional areas involved in the project. will organize, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, often with project team and/or cross-functional teams. will maintain project documents and track time sheets within SharePoint.
In addition, will be responsible for support tasks and assisting in daily operations. This will include procurement and asset management, vendor management, software licensing and renewals, account maintenance, audit support, expense tracking, and other duties as assigned. S/he will maintain all technology content on Newport’s intranet site and may assist in developing technology-related communication as needed. S/he may be tasked with training and implementation of new tools or systems. Additional support may include light administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense reporting, and booking travel.
Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 1– 3 years of project coordination and/or project management experience.
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in tracking, planning projects, working with multiple stakeholders and making analytical decisions.
• Must have effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and a proven track record of coordinating meetings, events, and/or engagements.
• Should have broad familiarization with mainstream technology solutions, systems, and terminology.
• Must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Preferred experience with MS Project, MS Project Server.
• Candidates must have strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance and adapt to changing priorities with the proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
