Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Investment Company is looking for HR Manager - Kuwaiti national as per the following details:

Job responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation of HR policies & procedures in order to achieve the Human Resources Department objectives.
• Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the Human Resources Department.
• Liaise with all Departments to ensure departmental objectives and KPI’s are inline with overall Corporate Strategy.
• Manage the execution of the Annual Manpower Planning process for the company.
• Manage human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Ensure implementation of career development programs focused on improving employee morale and providing a positive career path.
• Maintain Performance Management System to reflect rewards based on excellence and merit of Employees.
• Participate in market surveys and conduct benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefit practices.
• Prepares and monitor budget of human resources operations.
• Administers benefits programs such as life and health insurance, and social security plans.
• Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
• Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with State of Kuwait laws.
