Job Description
A leading Administration Services Company is looking for Call Center Officer as per the following details:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Promptly attend to phone calls received from beneficiaries, providers and insurance companies.
- Provide full and accurate information related to beneficiary’s medical coverage as per policy boundaries, inclusion and exclusion list.
- The CC officer will adhere to the standards of call management and the KPIs set by the department managers; will endeavor to eliminate abandoned calls and ensure/ facilitate the provision of quality service to the beneficiaries.
- The CC officer will maintain files for reports.
- Be fully versed and educate callers on multiple insurance policies.
- Might be required to assist in training colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Able to accurately assess eligibility within the Kuwait guidelines as well as policy boundary.
Degree Specifications
