A leading Kuwaiti Trading Company is looking for Senior Officer - Organizational Development as per the following details:

Job description
Purpose of Job:
Responsible for implementing organizational development activities including but not limited to development of organizational structures, job descriptions, Performance Management, HRMS, etc. as well as playing critical role is providing guidance and support to the Human Capital & Administration Team toward the achievement of the departments’ set objectives.

Operations
• Implement the Organizational Development Function’s policies and procedures and comply with Company’s other policies.
• Prepare and send job analysis questionnaire to employees in different positions in order to collect detailed information related to each position’s roles and responsibilities for updating and developing job descriptions.
• Ensure the availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions in liaison with department managers to monitor any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions, as well as administer the development of job descriptions for the new created positions.
• Prepare organization structures for all departments of the Company and ensure that all functionalities and changes in the organizational structures and reporting channels are reflected and incorporated in the consolidated organizational structure of the Company.
• Develop Human Capital & Administration policies & procedures pertaining to all aspects of Human Capital including but not limited to Manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, end of employment, compensation & benefits, succession planning, working hours, code of conduct, etc. as well as develop Company employee handbook.
• Administer periodic maintenance and updates on all Human Capital policies & procedures as assigned by the Top Management and assist in the communication and implementation of Company Policies and procedures/ employee handbook to all employees of the Company.
• Play critical role in carrying the Performance Management Process including but not limited to: Build Training Calendar, Conduct Awareness Sessions, and Drafting KPIs across all the levels jointly with the respective parties, etc.
• Conduct Job Evaluation and Salary Reviews to ensure internal equity and maintaining competitive edge with the market trends.
• Conduct necessary research and analysis to provide inputs for the development of Company’s Human Capital strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
• Conduct periodical Salary Surveys in the market to ensure competitive edge.
• Provide assistance and inputs in the development, implementation and maintenance of Company’s HRIS systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Capital Department planning and activities.
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow as well as maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes (e.g. annual performance review process and other systems).
• Maintain and update all Human Capital systems on a continuous basis with related administrative information (annual leave, sick leaves, maternity leaves, promotions, benefits, increments, deductions, invoices granted to employees, employee status changes, etc.) in order to ensure an efficient retrieval of information when needed.
• Develop process manuals and accurate documentation processes for all HRIS processes.
• Prepare all reports as required by the Head of Organizational Development.
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
