Job Description
Looking for Area Supervisor for a leading Food and Beverage Company in Kuwait as per the following details:

Job Profile:- Insures that the Brand experience is consistently provided for all customers in assigned stores, and that quality outlet operations are maintained, insures quality product been served each and every customer, insures employee training in store level, employees are developed in a positive manner, and financial contribution is maximized. Responsible for the performance of 5 to 8 stores

Knowledge & Skills:- Food and Beverage industry, Training, Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Management, Problem Solving, Administration, Communication, Budgeting.

Key Performance:

• Works with outlet management to identify opportunities to increase sales, control costs and manage appropriate inventory and cost of goods. Ensures all cash handling and till point functions are consistent with policy and procedure. Monitors daily, weekly and quarterly sales in order to identify and implement development opportunities. Accountable for overall outlet operations and financial contributions. Assists Operations Manager in long term planning and budgeting.
• Identifies trains and develops potential management level staff, communicating performance standards, evaluating behavior and results, and coaching for improvement. Includes staff in short and long term plans in order to meet future goals. Ensures that outlet managers are developing their own staff according to operational needs/standards.
• Ensures all policy, systems and procedures are communicated to employees and monitors compliance. Evaluates results of customer feedback and provides action plans / guidance for improvement. Ensures all outlet appearances and equipment are maintained to company standards. Inputs into outlet development / possible new sites and advises on layouts / customer flow. Presents clear and precise information when representing area status, and ensures compliance with all local laws. Ensure effective utilization of store space. Analyze financial reports for determining market trends for maximizing store sales.
• Ensures that all company and locally required administrative procedures are complied with. Provides all data / reports required by the business. Safeguard company owned assets and leaseholds in stores and ensure its effective utilization.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Business/Hotel and Catering Management

Experience: 3-4 years managerial experience within Food and Beverage industry ( advantage specialty coffee experience)
