Job Description
A leading Kuwaiti Equipment and Transportation Company is looking for Sales Manager as per the following details:

Department:
- Business Development.

Summary:
- Responsible for executing First Equilease’s Sales strategy and activities in line with the overall corporate vision and strategy.
- Execute the daily activities of the Sales and Marketing function.
- Keep the EVP – Business Development abreast on all matters of significant relevance, developments related to First Equilease’s Sales process, products & services, client servicing abilities and market trends.

Industry:
- Civil engineering is preferable.
- Equipment industry is a must (worked as dealer/in a well-known heavy equipment Company).
- Knows how to communicate in market.
- Has operation experience.
- Experience in Equipment Leasing related activity for at least 5 Years.

Main Tasks Required:
Strategic

- Lead and actively participate in the sale of all products and services of First Equilease to clients.
- Responsible to achieve the revenue targets set by the EVP – Business Development.
-Actively participate in all product and service development, with emphasis on maximizing customer appeal and acceptance
-Assist the EVP – Business Development in analyzing the existing and potential clients and classify them into High, Moderate and Low Priority.

Operations
- Responsible for ascertaining customer financial needs and providing details of the products/services.
- Conduct inquiries about customer reputation, its financial position and through location visits in co-ordination with the Operations Manager. Identify whether the prospective customer is a related party.
- Responsible for documenting Call Report for visits of the Customers.
- Responsible for obtaining necessary information and documentation from customers and preparing Customer application.

- Additional collaterals or justify the reasons for change of terms or conditions.
- Provide a regret letter to the customer where the Leadership team Committee has denied approval.
- Obtain the Collaterals as per the Leasing Agreement with the customer
- In case of rescheduling of the leasing facility, meet the customer and understand their situation.
- Monitor the client billings on a regular basis.
Reporting
- Prepare and provide the EVP – Business Development with monthly / quarterly reporting packages and analytics of Sales and Marketing activities
- Provide direct support on various special projects for sales and marketing reporting implications
- People Management
- Ensure effectiveness of all employee performance management practices in the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Recommend and provide input on professional competency and training needs, promotions and career progression relating to the staff to Human Resources.
- Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity and exercises confidentiality in all areas of his/her performance.

Communication Skills:
- MUST have previous experience within Leasing industry
- MUST be able to demonstrate experience to write a full lease report is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to successfully lead a small team
- Driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player who is able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
